Return & Exchange Policy

At Strange, we are committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

يمكن تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب.

Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وغير مغسول، مع جميع البطاقات والتغليف الأصلي.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

لا يشمل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال المنتجات التي تعرضت للاستخدام أو التلف بعد الاستلام.

Products that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

في حال وجود خطأ في الطلب أو عيب مصنعي، نتحمل كامل تكاليف الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.

If an item arrives defective or an incorrect product is delivered, we will cover all return and exchange shipping costs.

تتم معالجة طلبات الاسترجاع خلال فترة وجيزة بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، ويتم إعادة المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

Refunds are processed shortly after the returned item is received and inspected, and will be issued to the original payment method.
